Warranty

12 MONTH WARRANTY ON ALL MECHANICAL PARTS.

Twelve month warranty limited to the bracket and pneumatic struts for a twelve month period on purchase by the original purchaser. This covers manufacturing and material defects. The maximum permissible pressure weight distributed per cubic meter is 50kg.

THE IRONED WARRANTY EXCLUDES

The aluminised fabric.
Claims on mechanical components for damages caused by excess weight or abuse.
Dents, scratches and corrosion.
Damage caused by accidents, neglect or abuse.
Improper installation or assembly.
Modification or alteration of the frame or original components.

THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS – INDIA*

The product must be registered by the purchaser within fifteen days of invoicing to validate the warranty. The product warranty will be void fifteen days from the original invoice date if NOT registered on the website. All warranty claims on Ironed must be made through the website user portal with proof of purchase.

In the case of a covered warranty defect, Ironed will at its option:

(A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or

(B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product.

DISPUTES

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts alone in Tamil Nadu India.

* If the cause of the fault isn’t initially clear based on the information and photos the defective product will need to be returned to the manufacturer at the cost of the purchaser.

*All other Ironed components including metal body, clothes-iron holder are not covered under any warranty except for claims within 7 days of original purchase including date of sale and date of claim.

* In case of a product being replaced under warranty the original defective product will need to be returned to the manufacturer prior to despatch of replacement unit.
