Every morning is predictable; I wake up to the smell of brewed coffee by my bedside. Almost immediately she coaxes me to carry and set up the heavy bulky ironing board. I then bring the iron, clothes, hangers & ironing aids. I try to scurry as I wish to settle in my rocking chair with the newspaper and my coffee. After a 15 min ordeal, the errand is completed but my coffee’s gotten cold. It doesn’t end here, I got to do it in reverse order as well, until the iron is cooled & the board is stowed away.
